4. Client Responsibilities

You acknowledge that final deliverables (e.g. virtual tours, photos, or 3D models) rely on your cooperation and timely provision of required information.

5. Intellectual Property

All content created by Keystone Studios — including imagery, 360° tours, floor plans, videos, 3D renders, and related media — remains the intellectual property of Keystone Studios unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the media for marketing, sales, and promotional purposes related to the specific property or project captured.
This license is non-transferable and non-exclusive.

You must not edit, resell, or redistribute our work without written permission.

6. Portfolio Use

We may display completed projects, imagery, or excerpts in our portfolio (website, social media, or marketing material) to demonstrate our work.
If you prefer that your project not be featured, please notify us in writing before or immediately after project completion.

7. Third-Party Services

Some of our services rely on third-party platforms (such as CloudPano, Matterport, or Google Maps).
While we select trusted partners, we are not responsible for outages, data loss, or functionality issues that arise from third-party systems.

8. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• A 50% deposit may be required before project commencement.

• The remaining balance is payable upon delivery of the final product.

• Payment is due within 7 days of invoicing.

Late payments may incur reasonable administrative or interest fees.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to applicable taxes.

9. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking:

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee to cover lost time and preparation costs.

• In the event of severe weather or safety concerns (for aerial work), we will reschedule at no additional charge.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Keystone Studios is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of profits, business, or data

• Delays or disruptions beyond our control (e.g. weather, third-party hosting issues, or hardware failure)

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Drone Operations and Compliance

Aerial and drone operations are conducted in accordance with Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) regulations.
Flights are subject to weather conditions, airspace restrictions, and site safety. Keystone Studios reserves the right to postpone or cancel aerial work if conditions are deemed unsafe or non-compliant.

12. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

13. Termination of Services

We may terminate or suspend services if:

• You breach these Terms or any agreed contract

• Payment obligations are not met

  Upon termination, any outstanding fees remain payable for work completed to date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
